PHOTOGRAPHY PHOTOSHOOT TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE YOU BOOK!!!


ALL RETAINER FEES/DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE
ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS (Other than what is listed in your booking) WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL FEE.

All packages are retouch and enhance specific
 
LATE POLICY:

  • Please respect my time and yours and arrive promptly if not on time. If you are late to your session, there is a possibility your session will be canceled or that your time may be cut short. If scheduling does allow us to proceed with the session, penalties do apply as follows:

  • 15 Minutes Late- $30.00

  • 25 Minutes Late- Session will be canceled

 
CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING:

  • ALL retainer fees & sessions are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Client may reschedule the date of the portrait shoot no later than 2 days prior to the scheduled appointment time as confirmed by both parties; rescheduled arrangements must be in writing along with the written approval of the Photographer.

  • Should the Photographer be unable to accommodate the Client's rescheduled date, the Client will not be held responsible for the remaining balance of this portrait photography contract but will forfeit their initial deposit.

 
IMAGES

  • I try to make every effort to ensure the consistent quality of all edited images. Standard delivery of raw unedited .jpg images is 48-72hrs. The standard return time of edits is between 2-4 weeks.

  • We recommend shooting at least three weeks prior to the date images are needed.

  • If the wrong image was chosen by the client and post-production has already been completed by the photographer, a new fee will be attached to choosing the correct picture for re-editing.

 
ADDITIONAL EDITS

  • Additional edits will need to be paid in full before the editing process can begin.

  • Additional edits are not included if you add on a rush turnaround time on your standard booking photo amount.

  • Depending on the number of additional edits, (5+) may result in another week to your turnaround time. If you would like all of them back at the same time, I will suggest keeping the additional edits under 5.

 
TURNAROUND TIMES

  • Turnaround times are within each package details if they should differ from our standard time.

  • Paying for a rush turnaround after the shoot will start the following day of when you sent the payment for a rush turnaround (considering you already choose your photos)

  • Do not suspect that I will have your photos done BEFORE the standard turnaround time, book accordingly so you can have them when you need them (unless you pay for a rush turnaround time)

  • Asking me (The Artist) if the photos are done every week will not expedite the process.

 
RUSH TURNAROUNDS

  • If your photos are needed before the estimated standard turnaround time, you MUST add rush turnaround time to your appointment when booking.

  • Rushing me without paying for a rush turnaround will not expedite the process.

 
ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • The studio is located at 5458 Trade St, Hope Mills, NC 28348

  • If you are booking in the studio for a group of more than five to six normal size people contact me first. I can hold 4-5 individuals comfortably on my backdrops but a bigger backdrop setup maybe required.

  • Makeup Artists/Hairstylists are welcomed on set during your shoot for touch-ups only; unless they were contracted within your photography package.

 
THE SHOOT

  • If you are going to be late, let me know as soon as you know.

  • Your time starts at the time that you book for, not when you arrive

  • Arriving early so you can do your makeup or get dressed is acceptable; 10-15 minutes do not need pre arrangements; anything grater than that would require pre arrangements.  

  • Up to 2 Guests are allowed to accompany you on Set. All other non-essential guests are not allowed on set of your scheduled photo session In-Studio

  • All people visiting the studio must sanitize their hands upon arrival to the studio. Hand sanitizer is provided inside the studio.

  • At no time and under no circumstances whatsoever shall we tolerate abusive, violent, destructive, bad energy, bad vibes, threatening or harassing behavior from the client or any party acting on behalf of the client/or with the client; if such behavior does occur, we will consider it a breach of agreement and respectful parties must remove themselves from the premises immediately and no further services would be rendered if it’s the client/subject at hand and acknowledges that there’s no refund of monies paid.

 
PROPS:

  • Please note that the Photographer does not provide ANY Props (Balloons, Confetti, Cakes and etc.) those items are to be purchased by the client to be used in the shoot! The photographer is not responsible to supply any additional props, or accessories prior to, or during a session. Failure to properly prepare will solely serve the photographer no responsibility.

  • Stools and prop chairs are provided for you in the studio!

  • I am not responsible for providing out-of-studio props and or accessories such as balloons, cake, and confetti. We encourage clients to provide any prop they deem beneficial to the shoot idea.

 
 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS ACCEPTANCE

  • Payment of the deposit constitutes an agreement to Azpect Art LLC policy and procedures
